The armorial bearings of Congo Renaissance are made of three elements: a black feather at the left extreme side, symbol of science; at the centre, a red O having the form of a heart reflecting Africa with the Congo at its centre, the red O symbolizes the spirit of sacrifice and abstinence. The map of the Congo is in green, color symbolizing hope and renaissance. The O rests on an open book; at the right extreme side, a hoe in black, symbol of the culture and transformation. The bottom is green with black scripts. |
